    We need to build not destroy. We have our 20 goal striker in DKD we need to keep him. Phillips needs an attitude change or away. We need a centre half and may have one in Shepherd. We could do with a target man, think Dike. Earle will come good. Bland is on the team sheet as one of the first. Cotter needs work, but shows promise, same goes for DGN. Watters has a problem with success, he’s scared of it. Lembikisa has potential. Not sure about O’Keefe. I’d keep Humph.
    We need a replacement for Philips and Watters and Roberts.

    Did you ever get to know the true price of transfers when you worked for the club? And no there are no follow up questions to that or requests for information, I'm just curious whether the true value is something kept within the boardroom or known throughout clubs.

    I can't imagine any club paying more than 500k. All those goals and assists have come in League One. No League One club is buying him and I can't see any Championship club taking him either unless he's cheap and no risk.
