    Should have been a pen yes but we got battered, teams are strolling through us whose to say they wouldn’t have just scored another handful afterwards

    Seen the decision this morning and for a change I think the ref was right not to award the pen for us. Think Thomas overran the ball and then dived to try and con the ref.

    Still shocking to think we haven’t been awarded one pen yet this season however.

    we should have had 2 penalties today, the trip on thomas and a clear unlacing of the ball at he other end, referees in general are poor to say the least, but isn't it time the FA and football league stopped protecting refs and pull them over the coals for a change, like they do in rugby. i also still think they have got worse since they started getting paid. or is it a case of like in italy where they play to the highest bidder, which we all know would'nt be Barnsley

    Never a penalty. Thomas lost control of the ball and lost his footing. We have to be rational and objective about why we lost - we simply weren't good enough against the league's bottom team.
