They do it year after year. I have never bothered to wait for the players to return. I don't buy a season ticket to watch these retards on the pitch.
Players need to realise that when their is a substitution, the ref. stops his watch. It doesn't run down time.
Last year I received two reminders in the post, the first received four weeks after I'd renewed!
