    What for?

If you really need the Pro edition, buy it.
IIRC, once your 30 days trial of the pro edition runs out, it continues to run as the basic edition anyway.

Ah, you typed your other post whilst I was typing.
I see - you're already running the pro version with a hooky serial!

Cheers for that, it says that it will cease to work in 4 days time. What does IIRC mean?

It means "If I remember correctly"

Failing that, Kerio's free edition is excellent and makes a good alternative if ZoneAlarm makes your life difficult.

Don't wanna seem judgemental or owt

But the free edition of zone alarm is an excellent fire wall. If you do need the pro edition it does seem a bit much to rip off a company that provide an excellent product for free.

Sorry for sounding like a ****.

I dont need the pro version - to be honest I didn't know that they still did a free version, and just for the record, this is the first edition of Zone Alarm that I didn't buy legit - I got this one via emule. I have been subscribing for the past few years. I'll have a look a the free one anyroad.
