If you are a 'key worker' you can now take driving lessons. In a tiny confined car with a stranger right next to you. Presumably there are millions of key workers for whom passing their driving test is absolutely essential. No prerequisite of it being needed for your job or anything just if you happen to work for the protected industries then you are immune and can get as close as you want Utter *****
That is ridiculous (although not as ridiculous as in Georgia I think it is where parents can just say their kids can have a driving licence sans test).
