    While it's an absolute horrible story and shows just how low some people are can we also take a moment to reflect on the fact that he failed to steal something off a blind person. If he failed stealing a dog off a blind lass I think he's in the wrong job.

    Luckily she was partially sighted so saw him sneaking up and putting his lead on her dogs collar,thankfully she raised alarm and he scarpered without dog,police saying dog walkers being targeted by organised crime because of how much pups are,some I know bred both his Labrador bitchs had 22 pups altogether all sold 50 grand in sky rocket,government need to legislate and put maximum price on pups
