Yesterday’s match ball sponsor and stadium tour

    So yesterday I was in the box with the match ball sponsor, Silkstone Golf Club, we got there for just before 12 and a few of us went on the stadium tour, in the 32 years I’ve watched us I’ve never done a tour really so really enjoyed it, I got a great photo from the old tunnel looking on to the pitch, Barry Murphy who did the tour is an absolute credit to the club, he’s barnsley through and through, he’s very very passionate about the club and stopped to talked to every kid who walked past us ……the meal in the box was brilliant and the staff were absolutely fantastic aswell, nothing was too much effort……a great day spoiled by the man in the middle!!

    I was surprised how many staff there is on a match day too, unreal, out club is very special
