    Are any of you good folk partaking in the Yorkshire three peaks tomorrow ? i am and got to say excited and dreading it in equal amounts.

    I'm not, but half wished I'd seen it in time to put my name down - although it wouldn't go down well with the family with all the international commuting I'm doing at present!

    Rember it is a long way but you should have enough daylight hours to complete it.

    Did it three weeks ago and it was warm and no breeze. Useful advice given to me that i will pass on is take plenty of water and walk at a sensible pace. You will be up PYG in under an hour and a half but dont let that trick you as its a long walk to Wernside. If tired stop and refuel but dont hang about too long on the trigg points.

    But do enjoy it.

    Thanks i did it last year but i'm not sure my fitness level is what it was last year, hopefully my shoes this time are more comfortable
