Right not wanting a discussion about driving the owners out ( i do want that) or who will take over/buy the club.
Things off the field are clearly as much if not more than the on field debacle!
Long standing fans are staying away in droves many myself included are contemplating the unthinkable and staying away next season( too tight this as already paid), we can't allow apathy to take the club away from its long suffering fans !
Next Saturday against Huddersfax on minutes 18 & 87 stand face away from the pitch and sing/chant We want our Barnsley Back !
Its optional guys but i dont want to drift away knowing i/we didn't voice an opinion. Let's let Pacific Media/ The 80% lot know enough is enough ! This is our Barnsley please don't take my Barnsley away !

It would send a message, but there might not be many left to protest on 87!!

It’s about time fans’ feelings were made known. These owners seem to be getting a very easy ride considering.
It’s like there’s no fight on or off the pitch. Total apathy seems to have set in.

I think given the lack of interest on my thread you are right, I think what we should now do is sulk go to odd game when other half mentions decorating then just forget Saturday afternoons existed from August onwards! Out of the 10000 ST holders I can’t see more than 3/4000 renewing if I’m honest .
What will change that ? For me the thing that’s unlikely and these owners sell up to who god knows but if they are still here with no match day experience, no west stand it’s going to be grim

Season ticket renewal time will be pretty interesting come April, that’s for sure.
Apart from these jokers selling up I really don’t know how they’ll manage to shift more than 5k at best.

Problem is too many can't see the wood for the trees they have rose tinted glasses of the highest strength. They still believe the 80% mob actually give a **** and all this is a blip and even if we do go down to the tar pit that L1 as become we'll come straight back up I'm sure the fans of Ipswich, Sunderland, etc thought they'd walk L1 too.

L1 looks stronger than it has for years. Highly unlikely we’ll be bouncing straight back this time.

I reckon there are plenty of league 1 clubs that would comfortably beat us

I think their only chance of beating that figure is if we do another great escape and the fans get carried away. If we go down comfortably they’ll struggle to shift 5k.

I don't think in 40 odd years of following the club home and away and rarely missing games that I've felt so alienated and unattached from the club.

The other problem is lets say the board (80%) lot want to sell.
They will want to do that at a profit. This is where they get their own medicine .....any buyers would just for arguments sake pay for it the way they have...in installments from another source ....not putting money in.... ....arguing all the way and lessening the installments.
I do have a ready made chairman to suggest (ive done it before) but we are not very attractive as a. saleable asset at the moment
