The mindset of some fans. Players have stinkers of debuts every so often. We got plenty of amusement from it. But to send him personal crap takes a warped mind.
There needs to be accountability for these assholes. You shouldn't be allowed to post on social media unless you are fully identifiable. Free speech is fine.. as long as it has consequences
A shocking debut by looks of it. But why do people feel the need to be abusive or personal and target someone? In the space of a day he'll have gone from being excited and hopeful to make a positive impression to desolate and then seeing the abuse wondering why on earth he's bothered to sign for them. But This Is England.
Generally played well against us in the past for Fleetwood and tbh if I was a Plymouth fan I'd be more directing my ire towards 10 and 23 who might have won them the game had they concentrated on football instead of diving and wrestling and their dozy centre backs who played like they'd never even met.
Imagine if they'd seen a Jasper Moon throw in? Or an Obbi Oulare 'cameo'? Or Carl Regan. Or Mido warming up on the touchline? Debuts are debuts are debuts; like others have said, he'll be flavour of the month more often than not.
Double disappointment reading that. I was really hoping it was going to say that he’d retroactively been given a ban for his behaviour but then read that people have actually been giving him abuse. No need for that over a game of football.
Social media is a cess pit - people should have the right to free speech but this is why we need some monitoring of the Internet. These people wouldn't dare say these things in real life - hopefully they can be traced
