    Oldham away in this competition, 14/15 season. Can't recall us losing one in my lifetime other than that.

    Apparently, we have won 4 out of 5 shoot outs in the FL Trophy. We've won 13 out of 18 in our entire history and we've only lost one in the last 11 (Oldham). The last time we lost one before that was a 5-3 defeat to Grimsby in the league cup in 1992. Nicked all this off twitter BFC stats account.

    It wasn’t quite his debut that was 2/5/92 v Pompey away.

    It was his first goal for us though to take it to penalties after Mendonca made it 1-0 in the first half (2-1 on aggregate)
