A super computer has predicted the fate of League One clubs
With the majority of clubs in League One having just 12 games to go this season, the conclusion of another frantic campaign is rapidly approaching - and every point picked up from this stage could be decisive.

Luton Town have opened up a five-point lead over second-placed Barnsley as they chase a return to the Championship for the first time in over a decade but the likes of Sunderland and Portsmouth could still have a say in things.

However, FootballWebPages are expecting no change from the top two - with Sunderland missing out on an immediate return to the Championship by just two points, meaning Jack Ross’ side will have to settle for a spot in the playoffs.

In the end, just four points separate Luton with third-placed Sunderland, with the Black Cats finishing comfortably ahead of Portsmouth.

The Black Cats and Portsmouth are predicted to be joined in the playoffs by Charlton Athletic and Doncaster Rovers, with the latter tipped to finish a comfortable nine points ahead of Fleetwood Town.

Meanwhile, the bottom of the standings have AFC Wimbledon, Bradford City and Rochdale condemned to relegation but there is big changes ahead of them as Bristol Rovers are tipped to escape from the threat of relegation.

Rovers are predicted to finish four points ahead of safety and Walsall, currently in 18th position and four points above the drop zone, are condemned to relegation to League Two.

We will not reach 97 points unless Kieffer returns soon!

I would love that all to be true, but we won't get 97 points, neither will Luton get 99 points.

There is no way 95 points would finish third. All the clubs will have a poor result or two.

The super computer isn’t that super.

I think you're probably right. The blunts once finished third with 90 points but even that was an incredibly high points total for a team who finished outside the top two.
