    Phoned 50 times in last 30 minutes to try and book coach tickets with no joy. Dad has been calling from holiday all day.

    Just had a look and 5pm usually. Can't see anything about extended opening hours.

    Tbh I'm not sure. Wouldn't surprise me if they were staying open later so I suppose there s no harm in trying a bit later.

    JD can anyone get into town for you? Yorkshire Rose have an office in the market and have put extra coaches on. My brother called in his lunch hour today and was in and out in 10 minutes.

    @JamDrop National Express are running coaches from Barnsley Interchange. You can book online like with any other NE coach.

    After over 500 calls between us (dad was trying all day), I’ve given up and booked on Yorkshire Rose as could be done online. Thank you :)
