is a fooking fight back.. this kind of crap that has happened today has been going on for far too long.. we are like the wimpy kid in the playground being picked on by the bigger kids.. The fight back has to start soon.. we are supposed to be the 5th richest club in the country, so lets start and flex some of that muscle.. We are at a massive Crossroads, we either carry on like we have been and this to happen time and time again or the new owners say no more enough is enough.. That fight back has to start now..
Can't see it. There is no barnsley left in the Club. The owners are....well, **** knows where they are. They will not see or feel what we're feeling. Will be very transactional for them. Gauthier has his work massively cut out now. He doesn't know the Club or its fans, the man who brought him in has gone the owners are literally all over the world and the fanbase are massively disillusioned. I can't see him being around for very long from here.
Just because our owners are wealthy doesn't mean the club is rich. They haven't come to us to show off how big their d*cks are, they've come to invest and maybe even make a bit more money in the process.
I see us more as that Thurman Murman from Bad Santa. Other clubs have given us a massive knicker pull, but now we've just kicked Leeds right in the ********. Time will tell.
What I want from this club is three points on Saturday, everyone in the team giving their all for the cause, the fans giving their full backing to everyone on the pitch who represents Barnsley.
After the events of the last few weeks, takeover, Patrick, transfer window now the Leeds departure.... you're absolutely right, I cant recall a time when a home derby victory was more important.
