    Can’t believe it.

In my head (and probably everyone else’s) they were relegated weeks ago but the run he has put together with them is incredible.

Don’t really like West Brom as a club but love Moore as a guy so I hope they do it!

I know how the hell have Stoke ended up going down before them? And Stoke had way easier run in

Funny watching Matt Le Tissier having a go at their tactics. The MLT who was happy in his Southampton comfort zone instead of winning trophies elsewhere and doesn't have the balls to quit his easy job as a armchair critic watching on a monitor, to try and manage a club himself.

Quite remarkable really. Stoke are bad though, just can’t score unless it’s a Shaqiri wonder goal.

Shows what can happen when you stop with the run of the mill, merry-go-round managers I.e Hughes, Pardew, Allardyce, etc and give someone else a chance like Moore. If they’d have got rid of Pardew a few weeks earlier they’d probably be safe by now.

Fantastic result. Well done Mooro and his players. They've made commendable efforts for a really nice modest bloke.
Crunch comes Tuesday when Southampton play Swansea. Still could spell the end for the Baggies, but he's done an incredible job. Surely DM has got to be appointed on a full time basis now.?

Funny how people bemone the lack of loyalty in football but when someone shows it thaley lack ambition.
As for the management thing you do realise it's not a requirement for ex footballers to go into management?

You could also say if they had stayed with Pullis they wouldn't have been down there. I do hope Moore gets the job. If not I'd be hoping he might fancy managing another of his old clubs.

So they need saints to lose tonight and hope the game with Swansea is a draw?

I agree, Pulis doesn’t play the prettiest of football but gets results and always seems to stay up. Would be slightly funny if he takes Boro up and 2 of his former sides go down.

I swear that when they first appointed Moore, I read something that we enquired about him but I could be mistake and it could be made up but he certainly seems to know what he’s doing based on his current performance.

Depends where the person has a chance to go. Shearer for example should have joined Fergie and his career would have looked even better.

Just strange Matt having a go at someone who at least has given management a go. West Brom hadn't scored in three quarters of the game. Changing to what looked more negative and defensive with his substitutions actually worked and even if it had finished 0-0 he would have still been justified.

Shearer wanted to play for the club he loved, what's wrong with that?
So you are saying LeTissier can't criticise anyone in his role as a pundit because he has never been a manager?

Disagree. He was old school like Tom Finney, Billy Wright and co. that were loyal to their first club. Wish we still had it rather than bloody agents running the game.

So now they need a draw midweek followed by a 4 goal swing over Southampton on the final day.
Southampton play man city last day. That game with Swansea mid week is massive for them. Swansea play stoke last game, think they might be the ones who escape

Pulls and Hughes kept stoke in the league for 10 years. Some managers are just a good fit, pardew wasn’t at WBA it seems. the chairman/fans who think finishing 12th wasn’t good enough should be embarrassed

I agree, particularly with Stoke getting rid of Pulis. Not sure about Mark Hughes though, 2 teams he’s been involved with this season could end up down.
