yes, if the man didn`t comply with the warnings the [police had no choice . 1 life v hundreds of lives its no contest. im sure the police had no choice what if they hadn`t shot him then they would be condemmed as well it`s a no win situation for them and not a position i would like to be put in , but im sure they made the right choice even though it someone innocent was killed.
