The pitch was awful and not condusive to trying to play our passing game.
Second half we learned and looked comfy...well done reds.

Great 3 points at a really tough place to go despite all their troubles off the pitch. Sets us up nicely for some equally tough fixtures over Christmas and New year.

Let's be grateful the transfer window is open soon. 5 shots on target, 14 off target and only took one chance from nineteen. Seemed to lose our heads towards the end with a succession of quick yellow cards.

Happy for Davies getting another clean sheet though.

Doesn’t matter how we got the points today, as long as we did. Big win that to end a poor run away. Sets up the Christmas & New Year games nicely now. Well done Reds

    Lol (Sorry Geddis).

Great win though after the debacle at Wycombe.

Going back to today.....im pleased we simplified our play today.
We have some good players for this level and at times over complicate....today we put them on the back foot.....and hit the channels ...with our players we will give loads of teams problems.
Pompy play very simple....very restrictive but very effective....sometimes you have to play the conditions (today the pitch)...well done the payers and coaching staff.

Yes, much better. First half wasn't great but once we put everyone back in their proper positions in the second it was the best we've been for a while. Some wayward finishing again and a couple of other near missed stopped us from winning it more comfortably.

Probably the kiss of death but mention for McGeehan - another good all round game building on his performance last week. Woodrow continues to look classy and great to see Kenny come on at the end.

Playing like we did the second half, I reckon we're a couple of good full backs and a flying left winger away from being somewhere near the finished article for this division.
