Well Barnsley Player actually seems to actually be 'live' today...

...thought I'd put it on and get injury time from the Newcastle game it's been that far behind.

For the last few games I've seen the scores flash up on SSN before they've been commentated on.

Yes I know I'm not a 'reight fan' and should go more often, other priorities and all that.

 

It's been immaculate for me - no delays or downtime at all.

Sometimes it is behind if you lose the connection for a while and then it comes back up. It's like pausing live tv. When I was listening to the Wolves game I was watching the goals fly in on Twitter and then, five mins later, I got the commentary. I forgot that it had frozen for a few minutes at half time.

All that is necessary to cure that is to shut it down and restart the program.

 

I'm a big fan of Player but can't say it wasn't delayed for me! The score popped up on the bottom of the player site before the "live" commentary. Which was a tad confusing...

I had downtime but I'm pretty certain that was my connection rather than Player. I can't comment on delays etc. as I purposefully had twitter etc. closed.

 

I had downtime today, but again I'm sure that was my fault. Came back on to Adam Oxley describing the 2nd goal. I wasn't sure who it was for until he dropped Kent's name in.

Mine was ahead of the BBC alerts for the goals, but behind it for the final whistle. Never know whether it's just the BBC being slow though!
