Now a know folk (some) like to see us fail so they can give it the old ‘a told you so’, today we’ve controlled much of the game but our final ball has let us down, a confident team today win that 4-0, it’s a game of fine margins, the lads are clearly lacking on the confidence front at the minute but we will 100% bounce back, hopefully next week!! Don’t be getting all shouty and silly wanting the board out and the manager etc etc……..pour yourselves a beer or whatever your tipple is and enjoy your evening. We’ve took a detour to Nandos before our train home so food coma is pending…….. A bosh
I expected a relegation battle this season. So at this stage despite the poor form, I am relatively happy. It’s just frustrating as Duff is the real deal & if he was backed properly we would be streets ahead of where we are now. Unfortunately we’re still in recovery mode from last seasons disaster & the decisions made by the board at the time.
We just aren't clinical enough atm, plus some real hasty passes today which ended up losing us possession. Get on the blower to Danny Drinkwater, old head in midfield to calm things down and get the basics right.
