It makes my blood boil. Using every excuse under the sun. Re pollution of rivers. Barring the one which is the biggest factor. RISK management was/is a policy. Lack of maintenance. Workers stood idle due to inefficiency. Can't do jobs without it having to go through loads of criteria. Then not issued. If I had all day. I could raise hundreds of issues. The most frightening part was water treatment was going down the same avenue as waste water treatment.
I personally did loads of work not registered on the system. As I once told the CEO. I will not stand by and watch s4It go to the river. For every allocated job I did, I did 1 unallocted. The system is fekked. Has been since privatisation. It's still the same I am informed. The lads on the ground are either losing a fighting battle or in some cases not arsed, using the system. I couldn't stand the place. The lads in general were great. It cost me my health mentally and led to suspension for speaking out. I gave up in the end. Finished early. As my mental health was taking its toll.
