    Tottenham Chelsea.

    Penalty given in box. Sky showed footage and decided it was clearly outside the box in about 10 seconds. VAR took over two minutes to reach the same decision.

    It's a joke

    And again. Sky reviewed and identified in a matter of seconds that the keeper had got the ball. Over a minute later var agrees

    What is important is that 2 "penalties" have been nightly overturned.

    Without VAR they would have been unjustly given. Shirley.

    You're right but the system needs to be a lot quicker than it is. No way should sky be 10 times as quick as VAR is

    Why it takes so long is beyond me. It's been around for a while now, and yet waiting times are still ridiculous

    Ref has to go over and look at the monitor in relation to a potential overturning of his decision though doesn't he?

    btw VAR at it again to disallow Kane's goal - that didn't hurt did it?

    That one was much quicker. I personally think the ref should run over to look at them all but they only got him to do that after they'd looked and assessed and told him he was wrong. Seems too omg winded that way

    Call me thick but how could kane be offside when there was clearly a Chelsea player between him and the goal

    I think Spurs have been robbed. VAR was only to supposed to overturn "clear and obvious errors".

    Hello Thick.

    There needs to be 2 players between Kane and the goal line when it's kicked forward to him.

    Usually one is the goalie but he'd gone walkabout. That left one, so Kane is offside.

    On the subject of VAR in the FA Cup, where it is only available at Premier league grounds. Non league Chesterfield have been hit with a 4.5k bill for half of the running costs.

    So a massive game where the gate is split, but it's actually cost them money. They couldn't refuse, 9k to run VAR for one game but for 90% of the other cup games it wasn't available.

    Should only be available for semi and final
