    Three and a half minutes to rule out a West Ham goal for offside. Crazy.

    Then Chelsea go up the other end and score. I'd quite like West Ham to go down to be honest but decisions shouldn't need to take that long.

    If they can't see a clear and obvious error within a minute the goal should stand. Longer than that its neither clear nor obvious.
