    My grandad used to have an account not too long ago but, for whatever reason, decided to stop. He is now interested in returning and has asked me to put this on querying it. Is there any way of getting his account back? Or even signing up again with a brand new account, is that still not allowed? I’m not entirely sure why a public forum wouldn’t allow people to sign up.

    Any advice to pass on to him would be much appreciated.

    I think he deleted his account rather than simply not logging in anymore so the account isn’t there. I believe that’s the case anyway.

    Searched the username and comes up with no results so, as I guessed, the account isn’t there.
