    Well it isnt but there is an argument that with us in lock down a drink may well be good for morale.

    The number of people that were desperate to go out for one last hurrah on Friday suggests we have quite a lot of people that might not finding gone cold turkey during a pandemic a great experience.

    On the other hand, it will increase incidence of spousal and child abuse.

    It is to some people. TBH I normally drink most days, but I'm laying off since the lockdown.

    Beer was never rationed in WWII. Although, the licencinglaws were introduced in WWI to increase productivity.
