    Why and who benefits this on transfers? Is it to stop fans moaning, because that will never stop.

    Nobody benefits. Those in the know at other clubs such as scouts and board members will know all undisclosed fees anyway. The only people a fee is undisclosed to is supporters. The idea that it's so the selling club don't let competitors know how much money they have to look for a replacement isn't true.
