Two blatant penalties they have got away with in the last two against us

    Remember the Pinnock one at Griffin Park? As blatant as the one tonight but at least we scored straight after that one.

    No luck tonight, but did we deserve anything? I should say NOT.

    Agree Mike, we deserved nothing tonight but that’s immaterial in regards to the penalty decision.
    I’d love to hear the ref’s reason for not giving it. He’d a completely clear view of a blatant handball. Absolute joke of a decision.

    Think they could legitimately claim a pen as well. Toney pulled back from challenging Walton in a scramble after a corner. Better team won tonight.

    Trouble is though that they are a protected species and NEVER have to explain. It’s one of the many things that is wrong with the game.

    You see those given maybe one out of ten, I get your point but they have no grounds to rue the decision anywhere near as much as our shout.

    I just don’t see how that isn’t a penalty. It wasn’t moving that quickly, he wasn’t that close, his arm was away from his body, and the ball was going straight to Woodrow. In the premier league with VAR it’s a penalty on every occasion but a semi competent referee gives that ten times out of ten. It could only have been more blatant if he’d caught it and stuffed it down his shirt.

    I just don’t know what Bond was thinking, he can’t claim he didn’t see it as he was looking right at it with nobody impeding his view.
