As much as it galls me I must admit to a perverse respect for the American voters who voted for Trump. He is a terrible, obnoxious, unpredictable, misogynystic character and I am fed up because the candidate I want never wins (Last general election/Brexit/US election). I am also worried about the future of the planet now. The President Elect is a complete loose cannon and God knows what he will do internationally....
However, it must say something that half the voting public in America are so fed up with soundbytes and platitudes from established politicians like Clinton when their economy is faltering and nobody has done anything to address the fact. It is completely understandable why people voted for Trump in this context. Establishment elites have not got a clue about real peoples' lives. They still don't get it.
I think Trump is a complete nob but people are fed up...... its as simple as that
