......... that's if he's now up to the task. Or he can get someone to help him put it together. It would be great to read a truthful account so the record could be put straight. There's many questions that could be asked about his time as owner of BFC. Too many for a meet the fans session. Things like: John Dennis. Doyle. Maurice Watkins. Barry Taylor. Ridsdale. Shepherd. Rowing. Mansford Linton Brown Ganaye. Chien Lee. Hume/Morgan Strategy of giving players away - to now not giving players away. Managers - from Ritchie all the way through to Hecky. There's so much that the fans want to hear about. The personalities and the decisions that have been made along the way. Potentially a fantastic read.
Hes written a book. Fiction though! Its on amazon under a nom de plume. I believe it sold a fair few copies. He didn’t reveal what Names he writes under though.
That's true - you probably haven't got the same interest in Barnsley Football Club that some of us have. Wouldn't surprise me to hear that some people (you?) have forgotten all about the club as soon as they walk back out of the ground after a match.
Nice attempt at a wind up pal. I think the fact that I'm posting on here disproves your point, plus the very fact that I actually attend games.
Well it would be great to read a non - fiction book with as many home truths in it that he could get away with - that is to say - without ending up in court about it. Because you can bet - that whatever he wrote - someone would dispute it. There's clearly been many conflicts along the way - and it would be interesting to read about those conflicts.
I'm surprised you contribute to this message board - especially with all the other interests you have away from BFC. Busy busy busy. Or was it the case - you actually have an interest in BFC - but you just fancied a lazy clumsy dig at one of my posts? Which is it?
Sounds a little like a thinly veiled attack on our owner (apologies if I`m wrong), but for myself I think we should have a little more respect for PC than holding him to account for all of the above!
No it's not - but I see your point. Never been a massive fan of PC - basically because he told me he was going to sell the club and 7 or 8 years later it's still not been sold. BUT - I will always respect him - for the work he did in saving the club. A book would make it clearer why decisions at the club were made as they were.
Too much unjustified umbrage on this BBS at the moment. It's getting like Twitter for ludicrous faux outrage.
And your post came across as being from a nasty pent up negative piece of sh.ite. But I wouldn't lower myself to say things like that on here. Oops!!
