    Not sure why a goalkeeper needs to be under 25 to be honest. They don't command massive fees like a goalscore does unless you drop on a up and coming butland.

    I don't get why any of the players have to be under 25 to be honest. Just the way the club is run now I suppose.

    Plenty of keepers play beyond mid 30's, not always needed to be 1st choice but would be good for the young keepers at the club. Steele is almost the same age and plenty wanted him back. What wages could a keeper in his twilight years command? Can't be silly money surely.
