That knock down for Armstrong to score on Saturday was absolutely class.

    Should be starting next game.

Still think Watkins and Armstrong are our strongest pairing.

So glad we have this headache instead of struggling to come up with who will provide any goods

Wouldn't know haven't seen them paired up yet. Bradshaw has to be pushing for a start though a goal and a assist from the bench against wloves and a assist and a good performance Saturday. I'll get me tin hat for the abuse I really hope winnall doesn't start Saturday. Hasn't deserved it don't know what was worse Saturday his performance or taking an age to get off the pitch when we was 2 nil down.

i 'd have to agree about Winnall not starting against Brighton; however im not sure he's an impact sub like Watkins, Armstrong and Bradshaw. We've seen those three come on and either change a game or get an assist etc... and im not sure Winnall could come on and do that. Hope im wrong like ;)

I noticed that - it was a fantastic lay off. Like the look of Bradshaw but would still start with Marley and Armstrong

I'd start with Sam every time . He's so desperate to make an impact and get involved in the game that he finds himself in weird positions. He's ours talisman and hero let's not chuck him under the bus . SSW keep the faith . We're all hindsight experts .

Nobody is chucking Sam under the bus, well most of us aren't but on current form there are three strikers ahead of him. I hope it does work out for him but until it does we can't pick him on sentiment alone. He'll get chances but right now there are better options up front.

Or we can play guys based on current form and not what they did last season. We cannot afford to carry underperformers in a tough league or we will start to struggle.

I think that Watkins is a must every game. First line of defence, assists, runs off the ball and a goal or two in him.

Barnsley struggling to choose the best two from the plethora of wonderful striker have.

Am I dreaming - please don't wake me up.

So much more refreshing to know we have lots of options than what we had not so long back when with Co'g, Dagnall, Marlon and Scotland to choose from. Not knocking any of them but they're no way near the quality our current lot are.

I'd probably still have O'Grady back. He did score 15 goals for us the season we went down, and all he had supplying him was Tom Kennedy's left boot. Mind you, it'd have to be the O'Grady we had before we went down, not the one that's forgotten how to play football since.

    Watkins is still better though.

Watkins and Bradshaw for away games, Watkins for workrate Bradshshaw for his craft, I think Watkins would score more alongside Tom. Johnson and Winnall for home games just for sheer firepower.

Nah none of this changing a strike partnership for different games, just because where they are. Watkins and Bradshaw or Watkins and Armstrong to start against Brighton and probably Villa

Agree Winnall needs a rest. I'd start with Marley and Adam at Brighton. Then bring Bradshaw on for more firepower and strength later.
