We all love to speculate about what team will start when we are forced to make changes. But I genuinely think Stendel will field a capable starting 11 today as he and his team seem to be able to polish diamonds and get them match ready.
Brad Potts was a nailed on starter, we sold him, then our timid makeshift right back, Jacob Brown, who allegedly is a striker by trade, becomes a right midfield sensation.
McGeehan wasn't a starter, but got his opportunity when Dougall got injured. And, for me, didn't really set the world on fire as a defensive midfielder. When his opportunity arose to be that box to box midfielder we thought we'd signed, he showed us what he can do.
Pinollos - came back from injury as a forward thinking left back instead of the semi solid clogger he was before.
I don't know what goes off on the training ground, but I fully expect the likes of Green or Styles to be fully ready to grasp their opportunity.
The bench may well be a bit depleted today, but I still expect to see 11 hungry and talented players line up at 3pm today.
    You reds!!!
