I didn’t think we were terrible. We huffed and puffed and it wasn’t a great game to watch. Frustrating more than anything. We lack width and pace, which could be a telling factor throughout season. Although I’m chuffed to get a positive result, and the lads continue to work hard, there’s no doubting that but I’m going to have to say though that the subs that were made were random as fcukk and didn’t help the cause. Not sure what Oduor did to get pulled so early, or Palmer. Chaplin was right to come off but wrong player brought on. It ended up being like a cup tie. Solly overlapping, Anderson up front. All because of the the random subs that were made.
My view is we didn’t play badly but the passing hasn’t improved . We played a top of division side today and that had to be taken into account . Good result , didn’t think we were under any pressure other than what we put ourselves Under so credit to us . The passing needs to improve we don’t seem as confident as lockdown performances , Passing needs to improve (did I say that already) We are a frustrating side for home fans to endure suppose that’s the immature nature of our side but if we ever click some side are gonna take a walloping that’s for sure . We’re far from the worst side in the division on so fars performances but were miles away from the top few even though we can frustrate them as today . Not unduly worried so far, frustrated par for course to be a reds fan as normal these days . but not unduly worried but that can change for obvious reasons . On a match by match basis frustrated as fek .
