is as poor a management decision as I've seen. Not only do we have a (slightly) better player on the bench in Halme, but we also have other players at the club who have been frozen out who I'd rather see in defence at the moment. Not to mention a player who has simply been ignored as if he no longer exists (Diaby - are we ever getting an update??)
To let a young player continually be the brunt of everyone's hate is negligent. He needs resting. What is happening could damage him for a long time.
Dare I ask, who is picking the team??

Strubers man management is up there with the worst I've ever seen
Humiliated bahre on live TV. Publicly shamed thiam, cavare and pinillos and exposes players to this.

Halme has looked the best of a bad bunch at centre half for me recently. I'd argue we've looked at our most solid in midfield with Halme sat at the base (not sure this is the right idea going forward mind). Plus he scores the odd goal. How Andersen gets in ahead of him astounds me.

The rumours of how Wilkes was binned off weren't encouraging either. Not that he was doing a lot for us but still...

It pains me to say it, but I honestly think Halme is worse than Andersen at the back.

The problem is that we're not exactly awash with center halves so we're stuck with what we have.

And to think this damage is entirely self inflicted.

I did initially to be fair but I feel Halme is one of the few players to have developed a bit this season. Only a bit mind.

Halme is ok in midfield because there are players behind him when he makes his mistakes. I'll take Andersen's 1 or 2 mistakes a game over Halme's 3 or 4.

Is this really what this squad has come to...

That's a good question. A very good question.

I would suggest to you that Halme is weaker than Andersen as CH. Both are poor and not Championship ready.

Both not good enough - both seems nice lads who I would never ever boo and verbally discourage. And they might get better. But this year they have not been up to the job.

Will never improve while he gets picked playing *****. Needs to be dropped, then next time he gets a chance he might be more careful not to make a mistake. It’s absolute fecking madness to keep playing him

How many games has Halme played in central defence?

Feel for him as he’s still a young kid and he must know how the fans feel about him. The manager hasn’t got a clue, he’s fed him to the lions. That pillock who works along side him too, that Murray fella, bin him off as well the snake.

One thing is clear. Andersen is not up to it. I blame the board for not getting in another CB to cover Diaby. If it wasn't this board in charge I'd be perplexed about why we've not heard anything about what Diaby has tested positive for, but we have the five wise monkeys, "see no evil", "speak no evil", "hear no evil", "don't report on no evil" & "I couldn't possibly comment on no evil".

Not enough for me should have been playing instead of anderson. A few saying anderson is a better centre back than halme but I've seen no evidence of this.

I thought he has done okay at Centre haif all though do remember him having a bad un. Seem to think he has been in the diamond more than defence.
