    I know him.

    He lives in Doncaster 6 months a year.

    His Daughter plays with my daughter and they FaceTime from time to time.

    Good lad Tim, been a South Yorkshireman for a few years now. He's good mates with Den Hobson I believe. When he arrived at Manchester airport I was the Barnsley lad who landed (cleared) him and gave him a run down of South Yorkshire life. I stretched it out cos I was always a fan and he's a good laugh. He was still fighting then and that was in 2009 if memory serves me right. Every time he came back he used to make a beeline for my desk. You didn't normally get that from folk with non EU passports.

    I know his grandson, Oliver. He’s also the grandson of one of my customers in Royston. Nice young lad from a good family of reds fans.
