Ticket printing mystery..

I’m printing my ticket as a back-up to my phone upload, just in case type of thing. However, the ticket doesn’t print in full,the box where the seat number, block number etc is blank. All other details are printed. Printed direct from e-mail and as saved file. Anyone else had this? Cheers

 

You have to set the print settings to A4 landscape, a lot of printers default to portrait.

 

It’s not that, the other details on the ticket are fine just that box with seat and block details are blank. Perhaps it’s because I’ve already uploaded to the wallet on my iPhone ?

 

I printed mine first then downloaded that google pay/wallet thing on my phone (android)
It went into the wallet thing ok but I'll be taking both paper ticket and phone ... just in case.

 

I had that problem trying to print direct from the email. Saved the pdf, opened it and printed it again and it was perfect
