    “We’re working hard to deal with your enquiry” on repeat on the answerphone until the answerphone cuts off.

    This the eve of the first game of the season. Brilliant.

    I’d try the e mail but I have little faith in getting a response.

    Have just been down and had to queue for 45 minutes people queuing out the door,they are working their arses off, please be patient with them.

    Is this to pick up ST's? I need to pick up my grandsons new one but it will have to be tomorrow, given that they are never open when I am not working. Hoping its smooth.

    Yeah people picking up season tickets, other testing theirs to see if they work!, some buying tickets for Tomorrow and Tuesday, only me buying for Bristol Rovers!!

    i have no doubt they are working hard. That’s not the point though is it? They have a ticket system that has crashed under presumably minimal pressure, they don’t have the staff to pick up the phone, and they have a track record of not replying to e mails. Not a great business model is it?
