Not sure how this season is going to pan out, but there is so much to like about this team. Fantastic set of young players Players showing a bit of loyalty (Phillips) Never say die attitude (only a few weeks in and 2 comeback wins) Attacking football, plenty of goals. A manager that gets us We are nowhere near the finished article, but you do get a real sense of they're only going to get better. Starting to feel connected again ... which wasn't the case for the last couple of years, was only really habit that kept me involved
have I gone too early? My missus is always complaining about that. I fully expect at least 1 to leave (Russell to Luton would be my guess). The loyalty thing from Phillips was a bonus ... if true then I'm gobsmacked, especially given that he wasn't always discussed in glowing terms (e.g. on here) last season. Stand by the other points though
