Management team have been told their jobs are safe regardless of what division we're in next season and there'll be significant investment too... Therefore, what we're watching now is essentially squad rotation in an early pre-season. Makes sense really. Management get to assess the whole squad under match conditions, enables them to work out early-doors who fits the formation and who gets cut loose...without any fear of losing their jobs. That's how I see it anyways.

Another of your "theories" thats nonsense. On day 1 he lined up almost the exact first 11 Hecky would have started and we got a pasting. He's been trying to find a competent 11 ever since.
First match he'd been on the training pitch a grand total of 3 days, of course he's going to select almost the same team!
