What on earth was all that about? So there was some wind. We looked hopeless and hapless. Derby could have won.
Some wind is an understatement.... the pitch is too sloppy to play football on. Was always going to be scrappy.
we played on a pitch that is a quagmire and in a storm force gale never stopped running ,happy enough here
Worst game you've ever seen? That's saying something ... watched us for 40 odd years and it doesn't even come close! Clean sheet , point and still in the play off places
10 games unbeaten. 24 points from possible 30. Another clean sheet. Lads have been going at it Saturday/midweek for what seems an eternity with no let up. Was blowing a hooley tonight. Give them some credit in difficult conditions.
Some of rhe games in League 1 the first time round were grim with us conspiring to out do some horrendously poor teams on how bad to play. Freezing cold in winter. Oh what joy that was.
I’m 6’1” and carry 15 stone of pure muscle* - the wind nearly blew me over walking through town at 8pm. Perhaps you could show them how it’s done? *contains fat
How anybody could think that's even in the top 50% - even 75% - of hopeless and hapless Barnsley performances is completely beyond me. We lacked a bit of quality but never stopped running, and we could easily have nicked it.
In any normal season I'd only have to look to last week to find a game we played worse in. In this season I have to look back quite a long way, but that's because of how well we've played this season not how poorly we played tonight. We didn't create a lot of chances, but nor did we concede many. What you've written is just silly and without merit.
