WOW!!!! My notes for the match report that we started 4-3-3 and changed to 4-4-2 after an hour. The players were brought to the club to play in either of those systems. We now play a diamond, with no wide midfield players and width provided by the full backs. We are expecting the players bought to play one way, to perform playing in another, unrelated way. We then have to listen to a coach who criticises those players when they do not perform. Thanks for drawing my attention to the huge change since August.
