How did they all do last night? I saw Iseka got subbed off at half time - was he struggling, or was it tactical? Sounds like Gomes improved as the game went on? Moon solid enough? I'm especially interested to hear how Hondermarck did! I didn't think he'd be around the first team yet but he was straight in.
Hondermarck got booked for getting involved with the shenanigans in the technical areas, which is an automatic motm for me.
Hondermarck was only on for 15 mins or so I think, but I thought he looked pretty decent. Broke up their play quite a lot. I'd be bringing him on ahead of Moon / Halme in midfield. Gomes struggled to start with, but got into the game. I think we need to start him Saturday. Iseka tried one or two many flicks and tricks, which cost us possession. Probably why he was taken off, but he looks like he has something about him. I'd start him again on Saturday.
Iseka was pretty anonymous, probably needs to adjust to the championship. Gomes made an impact after he stopped messing about on the ball in his own half. Moon will be OK but not the finished article. Hondermarck didn’t have a lot of time, but did OK when asked.
think Iseka looked like he could be a right handful. Excited to see Gomes too on Saturday, made a few early errors (nerves?) but really improved as the game went on. Didn't really to take much notice of Hondermarck if I'm honest but bodes well that he came straight into the team and didn't seem out of place.
