    I thought the new ruling was that although a team can use 5 subs, they only had 3 opportunities to do so.

    I was watching Spurs the other day and the commentator said something like “it’s the 65th minute and Jose Mourinho is about to make his first substitution” and I was thinking “big Val would have made at least 4 by now!”
