The cold played havoc with my kidneys/bladder and I must’ve gone for a pee about about 4 times during the game. I hadn’t been drinking before the game (rarely do) so it must’ve been the cold. The constant warm blast of air on my hands and then into my gloves was more than welcome each time. Beats the old dryers where you just gave up and wiped your hands on the back of your jeans. So there you go a positive for me from yesterday.

Not sure a singing section is needed, a 'heated seat section' might be a better investment.

I don't think they are as effective at warming hands as the old ones. They are certainly more powerful and dry your hands faster but they do it through a blast of air so strong that it pushes the skin around rather than using heat. Whilst it is 100 times better for hand drying, I preferred the old dryers with a steady blast of gentle warm air for my circulation.

The old dryers in the gents I used didn’t provide a steady blast of anything much.

A warm stream of urine on the hands is usually sufficient to warm mine up. Washing them in luke warm water and drying them with a blast of air only makes them cold again.

Anybody want to shake hands with me :p
