The best Chinese restaurants in UK are in Manchester. The best and authentic ones around here are in Honley and Bawtry. I lived 8 years in China so I have a 'Yen' for authentic Chinese food.

I found the Chinese food in China pretty different to what we get in the UK. Not a massive fan of Euro-Chinese, but the real stuff over there was amazing on the whole. Much lighter and less bloating.
