His teammates should have walked with him.

Disgusting and his teammates behaved appallingly too. Poor sod, he's being racially abused, can't take it anymore so walks off and his own teammates tell him he's wrong and refuse to support him.

Having seats thrown at you and then getting booked by the ref. I'd read about it but seeing it made it 10x worse!

until no one makes a stand, nothing will happen. this is shameful. the players and the staff should feel ashamed. protocol not even followed. the protocol is a load of $hite as well. how many warnings do people need? the footballing authorities have had way too long to sort this out. if anything, things seems to be getting worse. i wouldn't give anyone anymore warnings. just walk off. as for your team mates. f.cuk em.

Referee handling that totally wrong. Should’ve had everything under control within minutes of that. Get the lads off the pitch as soon as possible. I know uefa have this pathetic policy of giving the crowd numerous warnings but if I was reffing I’d get every single player off the pitch as soon as I could.

I feel for the good folk of Guimares, I spent some time there in the summer when England played and every single person I spoke to were brilliant and so welcoming, one of the most friendly places I’ve ever been. It’s a shame that these knuckle draggers will bring down the reputation of a full town today. Something needs to be done and fast!

Not a big believer in what is perceived as racism - IMO it’s often overblown.
However, in this instance that club should be deducted as many points necessary to put that disgusting club bottom of the league.
Scum bags - both the fans and his so called colleagues.
