Embarrassing to lose that game from an excellent position and against a bang average South African team.

 

South Africa for me only have an handful of decent players. Pretty much the bowling attack and QDK. Shocked we let RVDD get a hundred. They will be better when they start giving their talented big hitting kids like Dewald Brevis and Tristan Stubbs International experience.

 

South Africa really need to beat us 3-0 to have a chance of qualifying for World Cup.

On the plus side our Under 19s beat Australia in the Under 19s T20 World Cup in South Africa today. They defended 99 to win by 3 runs. A great example of not knowing what a good score is until both sides have batted on the same pitch. They play India in the final on Sunday.

 

I only caught our innings having forgotten it was on. The openers looked like they would win it without either getting out but the inevitable domino effect followed their dismissals. It was like watching the “old England” again. Shameful tossing away of wickets.

Im giving up my Sky Sports next month seeing as Virgin are trying to increase my subs by 50%!! I won’t miss it.

 

£27 a month extra here, just told the Wife to bin the lot.

Yeah the young women. The women's team starts next Friday in their T20 World Cup. Can't see any bookies with winner odds up yet, but can't see anyone beating Australia as they have the best sports team in the world for dominance.

 

My problem is that I accepted my last deal on the basis that I would get a £42 discount for 12 mths to add Sky and BT Sports to my existing package. This increased my payment from £54 to £86 per month. I decided it was worth it. I was wrong!

I have got a bit bored with football being on every day of the week and never watch the whole of any match. Record and FF button. Same goes for cricket. Therefore, when they said that £86 would now be over £124 from February 25th I said NOOOO!

I’ve downgraded back to something like I had a year ago at the new price of £62. I can live with that. My BB is very fast as well and I can now leave Virgin altogether whenever I decide with no penalty

 

We currently pay around £170 a month but that is everything they offer.
Apart from Internet hardly use it now as watch most of TV through a Firestick.

 

You need to get out of that then. I like the recording box most of all I think. It’s efficient. Huge capacity. I record almost everything I watch, especially series record, and then play back zipping past the adverts every time. I’ve got a fire stick on the bedroom non-smart tv and that is good for Netflix
