Would places like the outlets in the market kitchen and the outlets in the oasis at meadowhall be allowed to open?

I'd say that technically you take your food from for example Yangtze and take it away to a table outside of their outlet and eat it.

Anyone any clue or any opinion on what the law would be?

By the way I'm not saying they should be open or arguing that they should it's just something that cropped up in conversation and we couldn't decide between us what the legal situation would be.

I would say yes they could sell it and it would be up to Meadowhall security to ensure that people take it away.

Meadowhall itself is shut, except for M&S Food, Holland & Barratt, Wilko, Boots, Superdrug, Vision Express and the banks.
