For me i would start this lad today. He looked good at walsall, Put him at the side of mowett and push mcgheean up behind woodrow. We need goals now and Bahre and thiam need taking out of the team, dont do enuff work off the ball for me and both good impact subs, maybe give hedges a start. I think if we win 6 games that will be enuff points come on u reds.
He's looked good when he's come on, but it's a huge responsibility to give to such a young lad in as vital a game as today's.
Keep giving him as much time as possible off the bench for me. There may come a point before the end of the season when we DO need to start him. I'm not a big fan of Bahre but, for now, he'd still get the nod.
If we started him I think Mcgeehan would stay where he is and styles would play further forward. Would be a big ask to throw him in and expect him to cover the defensive responsibilities Mcgeehan does.
Why not give him a go, Williams played cm against donny and I personally think styles as more about him than Williams
