Yes I know it's against Malta, but he's so assured and comfortable with the ball at his feet. His passing is 2nd to none and he reads the game incredibly well. Nothing new I know, but he really is looking class tonight. Special mention to Jesse Lingard who's having a fantastic debut. You say only against Malta Archey but it's not easy for teams against the likes of Malta. They sit in and it doesn't seem to matter the result, they just defend and don't change. Stones reading of the play was really good. He can just step into midfield and allow one of the midfielders to step forward 10/15 yards. Really pleased with Lingard too. Gets between the lines really well. Good player to have with an attacking full back. I do think people are picking holes where they shouldn't really. Alli admitted he should have had a couple more, Jesse Lingard should have had one too.
