The idea is to give the players the "silent treatment" so the natural leaders in the dressing room have to step up and the players have a good long hard look at theirselves. Stayed there for a while, all the coaching staff did, but they rhen had a mosey up there. What could they say, the players provided are not, at this point in time, anywhere near good enough as a unit. Bollocking them won't change that.
I would of been gone and told them before I go “if it’s up to me you’re all not getting paid. The clubs in a bigger mess than we think. Things are gonna get worse. Nobody believed me last time and now trust me I watch us train etc. I see my local team doing better things in training than we do.
I find it odd that you asked for Ganaye's description of how the recruitment process works to be made a sticky yet you're the only one who doesn't refer to it. What is it about that description that makes you think he chooses the players? He gets given a very small list of who he can choose from, the recruitment team come up with that list. Why don't you get that?

Well I wouldn't call 50 players per position a very small list.Stendel tells the recruitment team the type of players he wants.In fact Jay theres no point in going over this again.Read the sticky and the people who went to the meeting.Every time we lose a game the recruitment is fetched in to question.If the board don't back Stendel because certain players want too much money that's another issue.The recruitment team was formed a t the request of Paul H.so he could spend more time coaching the players and not picking up the phone.His words not mine. Jay I think you're one of the better posters but lately you've picked up a few things I've commented on.If you read my posts I never spread rumour or speculate I just reiterate what the people in power say.That includes the board and the manager.I'd rather believe them some of the posters who rant and rave to fit there agenda.(I don't include you in that).
